Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing and create loyalty. , ? Engage in proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions. , ? Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate solutions. , ? Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products. , ? Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions using technology and resources. , ? Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems effectively. , ? Adhere to all policies and procedures to manage risk and ensure operational efficiency. Requirements ? 1+ years of related experience in banking or customer service. , ? Knowledge of banking products and services. , ?
