Oversee and manage a team of property claims adjusters to ensure timely and fair resolution of property claims. Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to promote growth and development. Develop and implement efficient and effective processes and procedures for handling property claims. Maintain a thorough understanding of property insurance policies and coverage to accurately assess and evaluate claims. Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure a seamless and customer-focused claims experience. Monitor and manage claim expenses and reserves to ensure accuracy and cost-effectiveness. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the claims process. Handle escalated or complex claims, providing guidance and support to the team as needed. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide recommendations for training and development opportunities for team members. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration among team members. Communicate with customers, agents, and other stakeholders to provide updates and resolve any concerns or issues. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
