Provide strategic oversight and direction for the utilization of AI to enhance patient safety and drug quality. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of global regulations and standards related to pharmacovigilance and AI. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the implementation of AI technology. Drive continuous improvement efforts through the use of AI, analyzing data and identifying areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technology into existing processes and systems. Train and educate team members on the use and benefits of AI in pharmacovigilance. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of AI technology in improving processes and outcomes. Identify and address any potential risks or challenges related to AI implementation. Stay up-to-date with advancements in AI technology and identify opportunities for its use in pharmacovigilance. Communicate with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to provide updates on AI implementation and its impact on patient safety and drug quality. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors involved in AI implementation. Represent Pfizer at conferences and events related to pharmacovigilance and AI. Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure that all pharmacovigilance quality processes are in compliance with established guidelines. Act as a subject matter expert on pharmacovigilance and AI, providing guidance and support to team members as needed. Manage project timelines and budgets related to AI implementation in pharmacovigilance. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
