We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Paralegal with expertise in tax appeals, land use, and zoning law to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in drafting legal documents, conducting research, and assisting attorneys with all aspects of tax appeal cases, land use applications, and zoning matters. Responsibilities: ? Assist attorneys in preparing and filing tax appeals and zoning applications. ? Conduct legal research and gather relevant documentation for cases. ? Draft motions, petitions, and other legal documents. ? Communicate with clients and government agencies. ? Organize and maintain case files and records. Requirements: ? Proven experience in tax appeals, land use, and zoning law. ? Strong understanding of relevant local and state regulations. ? Excellent research, writing, and communication skills. ?
