Order Processer 3rd Shift
About the position The Order Processor role in Wayne, NJ involves accurately processing orders to support production while minimizing errors. The position requires addressing and resolving issues to meet client requirements effectively and providing immediate assistance to the production lead for any label or shipping issues during order packing. The role also includes overseeing the batching, printing, and confirmation of orders, while reporting daily updates to the Assistant Operations Manager (AOM). Responsibilities ? Accurately process orders to support production with minimal errors. , ? Address and resolve issues to meet client requirements effectively. , ? Provide immediate assistance to the production lead for any label or shipping issues that arise during order packing. , ? Ensure the accuracy and reliability of order data and related processes. , ? Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency in the order processing department. , ? Oversee the batching, printing, and confirmation of orders, while reporting daily updates to the Assistant Operations Manager (AOM). , ? Use the 3PL database system, ABT tool, and dashboard to manage and monitor orders throughout the processing cycle. , ? Keep equipment in the order processing department in good working condition. Requirements ? 1-2 years of relevant experience. , ? Basic computer proficiency (e.g., using PCs, printers, and email). , ? Understanding of warehouse operations and protocols. , ? Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. , ? Previous experience in a distribution center, warehouse, or inventory management setting. , ? Familiarity with inventory control systems and related software, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members. , ? Ability to follow instructions accurately, both written and verbal.
