Carry out the completion and scanning of obligatory record-keeping forms/charts when a guest enters, shifts, or leaves the facility. ? Keep a thorough and insightful chart of the nurses' reports to portray the level of care administered to the patient and their reactions to it. ? Report all inconsistencies observed concerning physician's orders, modifications in dietary guidelines, inaccuracies in documentation, and other pertinent matters to the Director of Nursing. ? Make certain that the necessary paperwork concerning unauthorized emissions is recorded in the guest's medical file according to the established protocol. Qualifications ? An unrestricted LPN/LVN license is essential, or a valid license from a Compact State is required. ? Two years of prior experience working as an LPN/LVN is essential. ? Experienced in teaching patients and their families about multiple disease processes and having a solid understanding of medications and expertise in wound care. Benefits ?
