Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor and document patient vital signs and progress. Educate patients and their families about kidney disease and treatment plans. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care for patients. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues. Utilize critical thinking skills to assess and address patient needs. Participate in continuous education and training to stay current on best practices in kidney care. Demonstrate a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
