Job Description

Job Description: 1) A minimum of seven (7) years consulting with other state or federal agencies implementing large IT systems and migrating legacy enterprise systems to a modern platform that involves new technologies in support of new products and services. 2) A minimum of five (5) years working with statewide Integrated Eligibility Systems. 3) A minimum of seven (7) years working within information technology (IT). 4) A minimum of seven (7) years modernizing large enterprise systems. 5) Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills. 6) Significant experience working across organizational boundaries in a collaborative manner. 7) Commitment to quality, professionalism, customer service, and customer satisfaction. Preferred Qualifications 8) Experience in technology solutions supporting Health and Human Services (HHS) programs such as Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF), Medicaid, and Refugee Assistance. 9) Experience with planning, strategizing, and implementing State Government, HHS or Integrated Eligibility System modernization projects. 10) Experience working with a large number of stakeholders with varying interests and priorities. 11) Experience in implementing IT modernization projects in Florida's HHS state agencies. 12) In-depth knowledge of public benefits delivery system industry standards, regulations, and privacy requirements (e.g., HIPAA compliance, MARSE compliance). 13) Experience in implementing interoperability standards and protocols and software development life cycle.
