Job Description: Grayson Sky is seeking a sharp and versatile Junior Copywriter to join our branding team. As Junior Copywriter, you will write, research, and help lead brainstorming sessions for a variety of clients in eclectic industries. This role will be a paid internship to start with a path to a full-time position. Responsibilities: ? Research, write, and edit compelling and insightful social media copy for Meta, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and other platforms ? Write emails, ads, YouTube descriptions, and other written communications as needed ? Tell each brands? story holistically throughout all messaging and mediums, ensuring that content, voice, and tone are consistent ? Help develop unique client brands from the ground up, assisting with market research, demographic research, ICP creation, and voice and tone development ? Assist in planning and running team-wide creative brainstorm session ? Proofread and fact-check content to ensure accuracy and brand alignment ? Participate in client meetings and contribute creative ideas Qualifications: ? Bachelor?s degree and 1-2 years of copywriting, journalism, or social media writing experience (including college internships and jobs) ? Lives in Philadelphia and is willing to commute to Old City office location 3-4 days a week ? Strong writing and research skills ? Can adapt voice and tone to different clients and mediums (ads, email, social, etc.) ? Strong organizational and time-management skills ? Creative with a passion for storytelling ? Bonus: Familiarity with AI and SEO tools ? Must submit a portfolio of 3+ writing samples What We Offer: ?
