Facilities Maintenance Technician
Job Description
As a Facilities Maintenance Technician with The Blue Collar Recruiter of Philadelphia, you will be responsible for maintaining customer sites and facilities through proper entrance and exit, site preparation, damage prevention, and certification and completion of cleaning processes performed. You will also be responsible for effective cleaning processes through proper communication, direction, and adherence to work and safety procedures. Additionally, you will be required to properly and safely use, operate, and clean all company assets, including company vehicles, cleaning equipment, and other tools and equipment. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to effectively communicate with customers, co-workers, and team members in a consistent, accurate, courteous, and constructive manner. You will also be responsible for accurate and timely completion of all job documents (i.e., service report, project pictures), and client questions, concerns, and deficiencies. Requirements ? High school diploma or equivalent required. ? 1-2 years of experience in environmental services, facilities maintenance, or related field. ? Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. ?
