Dining Room Attendant

As a Dining Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable dining experience. Provide exceptional service to all guests and anticipate their needs. Ensure the dining room is clean, organized, and properly set up for service. Assist guests with seating and make recommendations based on their preferences. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely manner. Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any concerns or issues. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient dining experience. Maintain knowledge of all menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods. Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures. Assist with setup and breakdown of dining room for each meal service. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and responsibly. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times. Continuously strive to exceed guest expectations and provide exceptional service. Attend all required trainings and meetings to stay updated on company policies and procedures. Comply with all safety and security protocols onboard the ship. Assist with other duties as assigned by the Dining Room Manager or supervisors.
