We are recognized for our customer-service skills, commitment to quality, and timely delivery. Job Summary TC Group is seeking an experienced Call Center Representative to join our team. The Call Center Representative will be responsible for providing technical support to customers in the field. This position will assist in resolving technical issues with the homeowner?s equipment and ensure that the customer is satisfied with our services. Responsibilities: ?Answer customer?s questions and provide appropriate solutions to problems ?Maintain records of customer interactions via phone, internet or other means ?Provide accurate information to the sales team by listening carefully to concerns and providing solutions or information as needed ?Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions or information as needed ?Maintain a professional appearance and work ethic ?Other duties as assigned Education/Experience: ?High School Diploma or GED preferred ?Previous experience in customer service, call center, sales preferred but not required ?Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and knowledge of basic computer systems preferred but not required ?Excellent verbal and written communication skills (phone/email) ?Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail and follow through on assignments ?Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $3,000.00 - $13,000.00 per month Benefits: ?
