Maintain accurate records related to student enrollment, attendance, and assessments. ? Conduct regular evaluations of staff performance and provide constructive feedback. ? Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure the sustainability of the program.

Requirements

Qualifications ? Bachelor's Degree Required - A degree in Early Childhood Education, Education Administration, or a related field is preferred ? Experience working with students in an educational setting is essential. ? Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with children, parents, and staff. ? Ability to create a supportive atmosphere that fosters learning and growth for both children and staff members.
