Perform tasks related to all phases of commercial construction, including: ? Metal stud framing ? Drywall installation ? Layout and measurements ? Ability to cut doors and windows, frames, and perform hardware installation ? Carpentry ? Framing and finish, interior and exterior ? Assist with on-site troubleshooting and problem-solving. ? Maintain a safe and clean work environment. ? Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. ? Exhibit pride in your work with attention to detail and quality. ? Collaborate with the team to ensure project timelines and objectives are met. Qualifications: ? Experience in a similar construction role is preferred, but we are open to training the right candidate. ? Proficiency in commercial construction techniques ( metal stud framing, drywall, ability to cut doors and windows, frames, and perform hardware installation, carpentry; framing and finish, interior and exterior) is a plus. ? Excellent communication and teamwork skills. ? Reliable transportation. ? A strong work ethic, reliability, and a desire to learn. ? Possesses basic and specialized tools required for the job.
