About the position Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Branch Network Management Trainee (SAFE) for the National Branch Network within the Consumer, Small and Business Banking division. This interim non-exempt position is designed for individuals who will complete the Branch Manager Readiness program, leading to potential roles as Associate Branch Manager or Branch Manager. The role involves managing a diverse team, enhancing customer engagement, and ensuring operational excellence while adhering to regulatory requirements. Responsibilities ? Coach, develop and build a high performing team to execute on business strategies and drive growth. , ? Resolve low to moderately complex issues regarding customer and employee experience, risk, and business growth. , ? Identify opportunities for making banking easier for customers through education and demonstration of digital options. , ? Lead the branch while engaging stakeholders and building strong partnerships for a customer-centric experience. , ? Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent. Requirements ? 4+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education. , ? 2+ years of leadership experience. Nice-to-haves ? Management experience including hiring, coaching, and developing direct reports. , ? Ability to build and inspire a team with adaptability, collaboration, and accountability to performance. , ? Ability to analyze performance and execute a plan that empowers employees to achieve business objectives. , ? Experience in coaching across customer segments, including affluent, high net worth, and small business. , ? Extensive experience in identifying complex financial needs to provide relevant options to customers. , ?
