Previous experience as a server and/or bartender in an upscale dining environment. , ? Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and classic cocktail techniques. , ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. , ? A team player who can seamlessly transition between serving and bartending roles. , ?
