Banquet Bartender

As a Banquet Bartender you will assist with providing the highest quality of beverage production and service to our guests duringevent functions, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized banquet area. Must possess excellent people and communications skills and strong bartending experience. Must possess a passion for exceeding guest expectations and a commitment to excellence. Provide exceptional beverage service and exude a passion for events ? Ensures complete accuracy of banquet set-up per the BEO including tables, linen, glassware, cutlery, centerpieces, food and bar stations, and miscellaneous d?or ? Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests ? Assist in breakdown of events including clearing and storing banquet tables, cleaning service stations, bringing used glassware and cutlery to dishwasher etc. What the job requires: ? A working knowledge of bar related beverages, spirits, wine, and beer. ? A Working knowledge of the most common cocktails, mixed drinks, and specialty drinks. ? Ability to work professionally in a team-setting and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment. ? Ability to stand and work on your feet for a minimum of 8 hours ?
