Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently to various locations while providing excellent customer service. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, punctuality, and professionalism. Responsibilities ? Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to designated locations. ? Load and unload items from the vehicle, ensuring proper handling of products. ? Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals. ? Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including signatures and documentation. ? Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery times and any potential delays. ? Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety standards are met. ? Assist in warehouse operations when not on the road, including inventory management and organization. Skills ? Driving experience with a strong understanding of local roads and traffic patterns. ? Ability to perform lifting up to 50 lbs as required for loading and unloading deliveries. ? Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor towards clients. ? Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
