Major Activities: • Execute the Company's policies and standards by following the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and adhering to regulatory programs that ensure legal compliance and applicable laws • Elevate customer satisfaction levels with a swift and congenial check-out experience • Following established cash handling processes and regulations protects both the business and its customers from fraudulent activity • By encouraging customers to enroll in our Rewards program, we can ensure they are aware of all our new product offerings and therefore more likely to make future purchases • The VOC survey is an important tool for businesses of all sizes, as it allows them to stay competitive in the marketplace by continually improving their offerings • Collaborate with the team to carry out the truck unloading and stocking procedure within the set budget to ensure that no additional costs will be incurred • Expected to perform the activities pertaining to merchandise recovery and maintenance, which entail the processes for returning and restocking items • Support the implementation of employee wellness programs to reduce stress and mental health concerns among workers • In today's fast-paced business environment, it is important to prioritize operational efficiency.
