Rquirements:- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in English, journalism, human-centered design, or a related field, or a High School Diploma/GED with 10 years of progressive relevant experience.- 5 years of industry experience as a UX Writer (or Technical Writer).- 4 years of experience working through iterative design processes.- 4 years of experience in a technical environment.- 3 years of experience using research and data to drive decision-making.- 3 years of experience with design thinking principles.- 3 years of experience writing content for digital mediums.- This position is not eligible for sponsorship; candidates must have indefinite employment authorization.?????????? Your responsibilities are:- I help teams define and shape the content experience strategy by facilitating work sessions with stakeholders and users to establish key content design goals, processes, and requirements.- I guide junior UX Writers in design execution and work with Product Owners and UX Researchers to arrange regular user feedback and testing sessions to inform product direction related to content.- I define and contribute to the content standards (style, voice, tone) as part of the Comerica Design System and refine the UX Writing practice as it develops.- I create content test briefs for user feedback and testing sessions for various products while contributing to end-to-end content design across multiple complex projects.- I provide implementation guidance to engineers to ensure high-quality feature launches and design intuitive, efficient user experiences.- As an advocate for customers, I engage in early planning sessions with Product Owners and Customer Experience teams, making recommendations regarding market trends and competitor offerings.- I mentor junior UX Writers, collaborate with Product, CX, Legal, Marketing, and Engineering teams throughout the process, and present designs, prototypes, and concepts to stakeholders for complex products.- I identify and communicate UX/UI design issues to journey teams and assist in resolving these risks.- I utilize Jira to manage and forecast all UX writing work and participate in Sprint cadence sessions such as planning, daily stand-ups, refinement, and reviews.View this job and over 500 other transparent jobs with salaries (??????) & tech stacks (???) on DevITjobsCategory: UX, UI Developer / EngineerLocation address: Avenue of the Stars, Frisco, United StatesSalary: 120,000 - 160,000 USD per yearBenefits & perks that we offer:comerica - More about us and the role:- Preferred qualifications include 3 years of domain experience in Banking, Financial Services, Fintech, etc., and preferred certifications in areas like UX Writing, Content Design, or Content Strategy.- I also look for candidates with 3 years of experience presenting to executive leadership.- This position falls into Category C for work best, meaning days in the office may vary weekly from 2 to 5 days.- The working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.- Salary will be determined based on individual experience.Are you looking for UX, UI jobs in Frisco?
