Graphic Designer TIGÉ BOATS ABOUT US Tigé Boats is an industry leader in premium surf/wake boat design and manufacturing. We're seeking a creative and versatile Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at our headquarters in Abilene, TX. This full-time position offers the opportunity to contribute to an iconic brand while growing your creative skillset across multiple platforms. POSITION OVERVIEW The Graphic Designer will develop innovative visual solutions that elevate the Tigé brand and support our marketing initiatives. You'll collaborate with our marketing team to create compelling content across digital and print media, from initial concept through final execution. This role requires a balance of creative vision and technical skill to produce work that resonates with our audience and drives brand engagement. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES -Collaborate with the Marketing Director to create compelling collateral, promotional materials, and advertising assets -Design and produce high-quality sales materials, including trade show displays and dealer support resources -Contribute to the annual product catalog design and production process -Create engaging visual content for social media channels and digital marketing campaigns -Support email marketing initiatives with on-brand design elements -Develop and maintain brand consistency across all customer touchpoints -Organize and manage digital asset library for efficient retrieval and use -Stay current with design trends and technologies relevant to the marine industry QUALIFICATIONS -Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent professionalexperience -Portfolio demonstrating exceptional design skills across multiple formats -2+ years of professional design experience preferred (but talented recent graduates will be considered) -Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. After Effects is a plus) -Experience with UI/UX design principles and digital-first content creation -Understanding of current design trends, particularly in lifestyle and luxury brands ESSENTIAL SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES -Strong conceptual thinking and visual problem-solving abilities -Excellence in typography, layout, and color theory -Experience creating content optimized for social media platforms -Ability to adapt designs across multiple formats and screen sizes -Exceptional attention to detail and quality control -Strong project management and organizational skills -Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities -Ability to receive and implement feedback effectively -Self-motivated with a proactive approach to creative challenges -Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities -Collaborative team player who can also work independently -Willingness to occasionally work extended hours during peak seasons -Ability to travel occasionally for photoshoots, events, or trade shows Why Join Us?
