The Engineering Team qualifications: • 4-year college degree from an accredited university in a relevant engineering field. • A candidate for Engineer in Training, preferred. • AutoDesk / AutoCAD Civil 3D competency. • Applicable work experience. • Understands utilization and billable rates. • Legally eligible to work in the US, can pass comprehensive background checks, and are willing to submit to a drug screen if asked. Other primary duties: • Make detailed plans to accomplish goals. • Draft proposals and reports for clients. • Check the technical accuracy of your work. • Attract and acquire future business. • Review historical projects and proficiently re-create them with updated locations, client specifics, etc. • Be responsible for complex engineering site civil plans.
