Scrum Master
Title: Scrum Master Location: Dallas, TX Duration: Initial 6 Month Contract to Start Compensation: $40-60/HR Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S. JOB RESPONSIBILTIES: Manage multiple prioritized features to facilitate completion of program priorities Coordinate Agile processes in a scaled environment with multiple teams and business units including demand/portfolio management Identify, resolve, or escalate risks and impediments that affect the program Partner with the stakeholders to assist in roadmap planning and prioritization Highly organized and committed to documentation of decisions, risks, issues, requirements, and other notes Provide Scrum Master services and support as needed PROJECT DETAILS: This is in support of their Integrated Customer Experience initiative (consolidating and simplifying the customer experience engagement channels). Goal being to optimize the teams supporting the overall customer experience and minimize work being done in silos across the organization. Mckinsey did the initial strategy work, and this role is associated with the 1st phase of work being undertaken. Having the generalized scrum master expertise and being comfortable operating in a large organization will be key. Automotive experience is a plus, but not the end of the world if not present. Main need is someone who's local, able to operate independently and can navigate larger organizational structures as part of their day to day. Core setup of the workstream has already been done,so this individual wouldn't be coming in cold. We'd do a warm handoff of the existing role.
