About the position The Social Media Marketing Associate at American Silversmiths is a full-time role designed for a motivated and creative recent college graduate. This position focuses on enhancing the online presence of the brand by managing social media accounts for six distinct brand names within the company's portfolio. The associate will collaborate with various team members to create engaging content, develop campaigns, and analyze performance metrics to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. Responsibilities • Generate engaging and visually appealing content, including text, images, and videos, that aligns with the unique identity of each brand. , • Monitor and maintain social media accounts for each brand, ensuring consistent posting schedules and responding to comments and inquiries promptly. , • Collaborate with the team to plan and execute social media campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales. , • Foster a sense of community among followers, actively engage with customers, and build strong relationships to increase brand loyalty. , • Use social media analytics tools to track key performance metrics and provide regular reports on the effectiveness of social media campaigns. , • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and social media best practices to identify new opportunities for brand growth. , • Create and maintain a content calendar for each brand, ensuring that content is relevant, timely, and consistent with brand messaging. , • Work closely with photographers and graphic artists to create and curate visually appealing content that resonates with the target audience. , • Monitor competitor activities on social media platforms to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for American Silversmiths. , • Assist in managing social media advertising budgets to maximize the impact of paid campaigns. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. , • Strong passion for and understanding of the Equestrian, Farm, Ranch, and Western Lifestyle industries. , • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. , • Proficiency in social media platforms and management tools. , • Basic knowledge of graphic design and photography is a plus. , • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and meet deadlines. , • Creative thinking and the ability to adapt to evolving social media trends.
