Responsibilities • Screening and Assessing of Candidates , • Scheduling, Following Up with Candidates for Interviewing/Onboarding/Orientation , • Conducting Virtual & Phone Interviews , • Entering Employee Records & Schedules , • Coordinating Hiring Needs with Restaurant Leadership , • Assimilate New Hires into Company Culture & Monitor Hiring Progress , • Prepare New Hire Uniforms & Training Materials , • Attend Weekly T&D Dept Training Meetings Requirements • Bilingual language (Spanish and English) skills in speaking, reading & writing. , • Application of Microsoft Office 365: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop is a Plus , • Knowledge of operation of standard office equipment. , • A strong communicator with a cheerful and positive disposition. , • A self-starter who can stay on task with multiple workstreams. , • Must be 18 or older , • Must be authorized to legally work in the United States. , • Must pass a criminal background check.
