Responsibilities include: • Creating a welcoming environment for guests. • Upholding safety standards and following company policies. • Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. • Managing menu details and making sure guests' needs are met. • Interacting with guests to enhance their dining experience. • Performing physical tasks such as lifting and moving items up to 50 pounds, and standing for extended periods. To succeed in this role, you should be proactive, adaptable, and ready to engage with guests to make every dining occasion special. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. • Related Work Experience: Less than 1 year of related work experience. • Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required. • License or Certification: None necessary.
