Wife and Husband Team Plano, TX Job Number: 1421 Position Details: Live-In ( will have a separate room with attached bathroom) Job Details: Days: 7 days a week with one afternoon off (preferably Sunday). Family travels about 6 months out of the year. Not everyday will be long hours. Short hours when they travel. Hours: 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM Compensation: $95,000 to $120,000 per year Additional Benefits: TBD Start Date: 4/16/2025 Family seeking a dedicated, flexible, and experienced couple to help manage and maintain a private property. This role requires a couple who can share responsibilities effectively, adapt to a variety of tasks, and provide exceptional care for the home and property. Main Work Duties but Not Limited To: Housekeeping: • Daily cleaning (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing all areas). • Maintaining cleanliness of all living spaces, bathrooms, and kitchens. • Changing bed linens and organizing closets/drawers. • Seasonal deep cleaning (windows, baseboards, appliances). • Organization • Help in kitchen. • Taking care of the dog. • Grocery shopping sometimes. Caretaker: • Inspect the property regularly and perform minor repairs as needed, including fences and other outdoor fixtures. • Maintain the grounds, including lawns, driveways, golf greens, sand traps, flower beds, and ornamental trees and bushes. • Remove debris such as leaves and sticks to ensure the property is tidy. Required Qualities: • Trustworthy, honesty • Good attitude • Willingness to work • Flexible Requirements: • Proven experience in household and property management. • Must be comfortable with both indoor and outdoor responsibilities. • Ability to drive. • English fluency is required. • Must be detail-oriented, organized, and flexible.
