Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. This role involves a variety of tasks including quality audits, customer service calls, answering customer calls, and truck maintenance audits among other as needed tasks, making it crucial for maintaining effective communication and organization within the office. Responsibilities • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records. • Manage calendars and scheduling appointments • Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and assisting clients in a professional manner. • Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and clarity before distribution. • Assist with filing and organizing office documents for easy retrieval. • Collaborate with team members to enhance office productivity and workflow. Skills • Proficient in computer software applications, including word processing and spreadsheet programs. • Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry. • Excellent proofreading abilities to ensure high-quality documentation. • Effective calendar management skills to prioritize tasks and appointments efficiently. • Experience in customer service roles, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills. • Previous experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred but not required.
