Overview

Position: ServiceNow Developer Location: Albuquerque, NM Salary Range: $127,900 - $137,900 per year Clearance: Clearable to L KeyLogic is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to support the IT Deputy Chief Information Office (CIO). The Deputy CIO collaborates with internal and external partners to develop and implement our information infrastructure strategic vision, and assure our current systems with process requirements, performance monitoring and business process improvement. Responsibilities: Analyze functional business applications and design specifications for functional areas such as finance, accounting, personnel, manpower, logistics, and contracts. Develop block diagrams and logic flow charts. Translate detailed design into computer software. Test, debug, and refine the computer software to produce the required product. Prepare required documentation, including both program-level and user-level documentation. Enhance software to reduce operating time or improve efficiency. Provide technical direction to programmers to ensure program deadlines are met. Experience in information system design, including application programming on large-scale database management systems and the development of complex software to satisfy design objectives. Qualifications: • Candidate must have Application Programmer BS in a technical field and 8 of related experience. • Must be US Citizen • Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Energy clearance, with the ability to obtain a DOE L clearance.
