Front Desk Receptionist

Now hiring front desk receptionist for either Morning, Evening, OR Night shifts for Clarion Inn & Suites. We are a local chain hotel offering affordable and convenient accommodation in a central location right here in Weatherford, TX. Work Schedule: Usually 8 hour shifts, 4-5 days a week (negotiable & flexible) Qualifications: • High school diploma • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Ability to use software to manage reservations • Ability to take phone calls and make reservations • Conversational English speaker required, additional languages a plus • No previous customer service experience required but a plus Responsibilities: • Front desk tasks include: greeting guests, handling check in/check out, managing reservations, & answering phone calls • Occasionally assist with laundry and clean up around the lobby • Refer guests to local amenities and venues • Communicate guests' requests and complaints to management • Morning Shift:_ assist with breakfast_ • Evening Shift: assist bar & bistro (tips) • Night Shift: preform Night Audit Send applications preferably in person at the hotel: Clarion Inn & Suites 1911 Wall St. Weatherford TX 76086.
