Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated team member to join our Curbside Department. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, allowing them to provide outstanding customer service while maintaining a high level of productivity and adhering to all safety and sanitation procedures. Key Responsibilities: Select and gather products for customers' online orders in an efficient manner, prioritizing freshness and quality. Assemble customers' online orders, communicate order details, process payment, and deliver/load orders to cars when customers arrive at the store. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat business. A Day in the Life: Our Curbside team members are the face of our online shopping experience. They work together to ensure seamless order fulfillment, from selection to delivery.
