We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our cleaning team. As a Cleaner at Bitter Creek Cleaning Co., you’ll play a key role in maintaining spotless, welcoming spaces for our residential and commercial clients. Responsibilities: • Perform thorough cleaning of homes and businesses, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. • Handle move-in/move-out cleanings as needed. • Follow cleaning checklists and ensure all client expectations are met or exceeded. • Maintain cleaning equipment and product Inventory. • Communicate with clients and team members professionally and respectfully. • Adhere to quality standards at all times. Qualifications: • Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required—we’re happy to train the right candidate! • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently. • Reliable transportation. • Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks (e.g., bending, lifting up to 25 pounds, standing for extended periods). • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if needed. • A positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent service.
