Farm Laborer

Job Title: Farm Laborer Location: Racine County, Wisconsin Job Type: Full-Time / Seasonal Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and hard-working Farm Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in a variety of farm operations, including truck driving, harvesting, planting, as well as maintenance and repairs. This position requires physical stamina, reliability, and a willingness to work in all weather conditions to ensure smooth daily operations of the farm. Key Responsibilities: tTruck Driving: Operate farm vehicles to transport goods, supplies, and equipment to and from various locations. tHarvesting: Assist in the collection of crops, ensuring timely and efficient harvesting processes. tPlanting: Support in planting crops, following proper techniques to ensure maximum yield. tRepairs & Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repair on farm equipment, machinery, and infrastructure to ensure optimal function. tGeneral Farm Labor: Assist with general labor duties as needed, including weeding, irrigation, and fence repairs. Qualifications tPrevious experience in farm labor or agriculture is preferred. tValid driver’s license with the ability to operate a truck and farm machinery. tStrong mechanical aptitude for equipment maintenance and repairs. tBasic understanding of farming operations is a plus. tA strong work ethic and attention to detail. tCDL Required Interested in joining our Team?
