Insurance Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Insurance Customer Service / Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at Greg Sherlock - State Farm Agency in The Woodlands, TX. As an integral part of our winning team, you will be responsible for establishing customer relationships, providing prompt and accurate customer service, and using a customer-focused approach to educate customers about insurance options. Responsibilities Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each day We offer a competitive salary plus bonus and commission, paid time off, life insurance, and a SIMPLE IRA with employer contribution.
