Duties • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. • Provide accurate information regarding products and services to enhance customer satisfaction. • Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate customer records and interactions. • Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or feedback. • Maintain knowledge of company policies, procedures, and product offerings to provide informed support. Requirements • Proven experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred. • Strong phone etiquette with excellent verbal communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus. • Proficient in data entry and office software applications. • A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
