Job Description

The Application Support Manager - nCino Manages a team of system administrators primarily responsible for supporting the nCino application. Support includes case management, defect triage and proactive monitoring. Recruits, directs, motivates and develops staff, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth, and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team. Oversee the development and implementation of team processes to effectively support COE owned applications. Works closely with SCS COE departments in development and implementation of technology strategies and application systems. Advises product owners on the technology possibilities and requirements. Provides direction and oversight for application support functions to ensure quality processing while meeting or exceeding application service level commitments. Defines and manages resource requirements and allocations, monitors and improves quality, and ensures 'best practice' support techniques. Interfaces with users to ensure application support are meeting or exceeding their expectations. Provides direction and manages resolution of applications issues. Manages staff and recommends hires, transfers, terminations, performance standards and reviews. Plans, develops and controls project/product budgets. Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience - 10 or more years of experience with developing and implementing applications - Four or more years of experience with major tasks, deliverables, formal methodologies and disciplines for delivering new or enhanced applications Preferred Skills/Experience Working experience in : -IT service and project management -Information management Extensive experience in : -Implementation -IT standards, procedures, policy -Application delivery process -IT environment -Application development tools -IT systems management The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days. The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $119,765.00 - $140,900.00 - $154,990.00 U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records for employment.
