Responsibilities: Responsible for processing daily Loan transactions as well as ensure customers receive payments in a timely manner. To assist handle daily operational & related works on processing of Bank Guarantee / Standby Letter of Credit / Islamic Bank Guarantee /Standby Letter of Credit as and when requested by Head of Department of Loans Operation Dept. To monitor and follow up closely on pending items of the Department, relating to daily operational work with aim of no occurrence of long pending. Review daily reports, day-end balancing to ensure completeness of processing for the day. Ensure the accuracy and timely reporting to Treasury Department of all foreign exchange transactions & ensure approval is obtained, where necessary in Blotter, before posting. Monitor and ensure timely reporting of Cash Balance of Payment Form P/R to Accounts Department Prepare reports (daily and monthly) including but not limited to prepare/proper monitoring/ checking daily work processing e.g., BG or Loans, pending items more than 1-month, monthly business volume, and incident reports. To assist in daily administrative duties and ensure all being completed on timely manner. To stand-in for any officer in the department during his/her absence and perform his/her functions accordingly and also any new assignments or internal job rotation that are delegated from time to time by the Head of Department. Requirements: Applicant must have a recognized Degree in Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or its equivalent from a recognized university/higher learning institution. Preferably with 1-2 years of relevant working experience especially in Banking and Financial Institution/Loan Operations role. Applicant must be able to work independently with minimum supervision. Possess good written and oral communication skills in dealing with internal employees or external customers/client. Strong PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
