As a Personal Finance Consultant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional client service while engaging in a variety of sales and service activities at branch locations. You will open accounts, assist with processing financial transactions, promote bank products and services, take applications for loans, maintain account profiles, and address client inquiries. Present tailored solutions that align with clients’ financial needs or refer clients to other departments as necessary. • Essential Requirements: • 1 or more years of relevant experience • Ability to obtain NMLS registration as required • Passion for providing outstanding client service • Ability to analyze client needs and recommend solutions based on financial data • Strong communication and advisory skills Our Hiring Process: • Complete a simple application and answer a few questions • Take a quick assessment to give us insight into your work style • Participate in a phone interview with the manager or recruiter • Attend an on-site interview with the manager and key team members • Receive an offer if it's the right fit • Start your career after a background check! Compensation & Benefits: • Targeted starting hourly range: $19.56 - $27.39/hr • Incentive potential • Comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance • Paid vacation, sick time, and 11 paid holidays • 401k with up to 4% match • Tuition reimbursement In this role, you'll have the opportunity to: • Provide an exceptional client experience through various sales and service activities. • Process routine financial transactions and accurately balance cash. • Consult with clients on bank products to enhance and retain client relationships. • Communicate proactively to educate clients and resolve issues, ensuring client loyalty. • Open new accounts and handle changes while ensuring client satisfaction. • Assist in lending processes and educate clients about lending options. Education & Certifications: • High school diploma or equivalent; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Experience: • 1 or more years of relevant sales or banking experience • Ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate solutions Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • Familiarity with retail banking products and services. • Ability to analyze financial information to understand client needs. • Effective selling, cross-selling, and referral skills. • Proven client service and interpersonal abilities with strong communication skills. • Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to client needs. • Proficient in computer software including Microsoft Office tools.
