Position Summary • Perform tasks related to end user access, including user access provisioning, de-provisioning, and access modifications in various systems and applications • Assist with the development and maintenance of role based access controls (RBAC) • Conduct user access re-certifications consistent with established processes • Participates in diverse and most complex assignments/projects requiring advanced analytical, technical, and/or support system expertise. • Coordinate workloads and priorities to ensure organizational, compliance, audit, financial and business objectives are met. Participates and represents department in internal and external audits and investigations. • Determines and communicates impacts on business processes, systems and products from legislative, regulatory and compliance changes in area of responsibility and develops solutions that meet the business requirements while minimizing business and financial risks. Required Qualifications • 2 years of experience in operations, access provisioning or healthcare industry Preferred Qualifications • Ability to communicate effectively • Experience working as part of project teams Education • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $21.10 - $40.90 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
