PC System Test Analyst II

PC System Test Analyst II Farm Bureau Financial Services is looking for someone with an eye for detail, who has strong organization and time management skills. In this role, you will independently set up and execute acceptance testing for software changes and enhancements, which support our personal lines of business. What You’ll Do: · Ensure projects meet quality standards by developing detailed test plans on assigned within a business line. · Lead test design, planning and execution on assigned projects for an IT team and business line. · Consult with members of project and operational teams, both business and IT, to ensure application design is optimized for testability. · Assist senior analyst in creating, developing and executing project test plans and estimates. · Report test results and requirement traceability according to the test plan. · Monitor the testing process through all project phases. What It Takes to Join Our Team: · Associates degree plus 4 years of industry experience required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. · In-depth knowledge of insurance processes and processing systems is required. · In-depth knowledge of software testing practices required. · Strong understanding of test automation techniques. · Agile/Waterfall project methodology experience required. · Testing certification and PC industry certification/education is preferred.
