We're looking for people who possess the following characteristics: • Self-Motivated and Disciplined: Able to work effectively and independently. • Outgoing and Relationship-Oriented: Enjoy developing relationships and have a sincere desire to help others. • Organized and Detail-Oriented: Excellent time-management skills. • Experienced: Background in sales, military, police, finance management, mortgage, real estate, or similar fields. • Qualified: Bachelor’s degree in finance or business and/ or Life, Accident, Health license (preferred) • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in PC skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, Zoom, and able to navigate multiple applications during call handling.
