As a key member of our Wholesale Credit Risk Management team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing credit risk strategies and products for our wholesale banking clients. Develop and implement credit risk strategies and products for wholesale banking clients. Analyze and assess credit risk for various products and recommend appropriate risk mitigation strategies. Keep abreast of industry trends and regulations related to credit risk and make recommendations for process improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain credit risk policies and procedures. Monitor and report on the performance of credit risk products and make recommendations for improvements as needed. Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for risk mitigation. Communicate credit risk strategies and updates to stakeholders, including senior management. Work closely with data analysts to gather and analyze data to inform credit risk decisions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with wholesale banking clients to understand their risk management needs. Support the implementation of credit risk systems and tools. Train and mentor junior team members on credit risk management best practices. Stay updated on industry developments and changes in regulations related to credit risk. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies related to credit risk management. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the bank's products and services.
