Job Description

Job Duties: Associate, Trade Processing with Goldman Sachs Services LLC in Dallas, Texas. Providing front-to-back operational support for Asset & Wealth Management – Operations. Work on internal transaction on-boarding. Facilitate trades across all asset classes. Review internal trade bookings in systems to match deal documentation or relevant trade confirmation. Confirm trade details with trading counterparty, monitoring and resolving front to back trade flow exceptions. Monitor investment guidelines exceptions and address them with legal, compliance and business. Review fund flows for closing mechanics and confirm funding of investing fund entity and asset settlement. Support traders and portfolio managers across various asset management businesses across a range of financial product types including private and public equities, debt securities and initial public offerings (IPOs). Process payments for new deals (including equity and bonds), borrowing, delayed draws, revolving facilities and syndicated loans. Participate in asset servicing events and fund oversight processing. Engage in risk control and certification as part of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting sign offs for the business line. Conduct, verify and approve detailed daily front to back reconciliation reports which govern the overarching trade facilitation, risk and control functions. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field. Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree equivalent based on any foreign education, or foreign education and work experience, where determined to be equivalent to U.S. Bachelor's degree by a qualified credential evaluation service. Three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role. Prior experience must include three (3) years with: financial and quantitative modeling; Advanced Microsoft Excel including Macros, formulas, Pivot Table, and VLOOKUP; conducting conduct quantitative analysis including trend analysis; data analytics tools including Alteryx; data visualization tools including Tableau; and working with the overall trade booking lifecycle including Pre-Trade, Trade Execution, Trade Clearing, Trade Settlement, and the final stage of Position and Risk Management. ©The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc., 2025.
