Collaborate with HR and finance teams to understand their needs and provide solutions utilizing Workday. Act as a subject matter expert for Workday and provide guidance and support to team members. Monitor Workday system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise. Develop and implement new Workday functionalities based on business requirements. Ensure data integrity and accuracy within Workday by conducting regular audits and system updates. Create and maintain Workday reports and dashboards to provide insights and support decision making. Stay up-to-date with the latest Workday releases and updates and make recommendations for implementing new features. Train and educate team members on Workday functionalities and best practices. Identify and implement process improvements using Workday to increase efficiency and productivity. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of Workday with other systems. Identify and resolve any security or compliance issues related to Workday. Keep track of industry trends and advancements in Workday to continuously improve processes and systems at Geico Auto Insurance. Work closely with vendors and consultants to resolve any technical issues related to Workday. Maintain documentation for Workday processes and procedures.
