Principal Engineer - Workday

At Geico Auto Insurance, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Principal Engineer - Workday to lead our Workday engineering team. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of developing and deploying enterprise-level solutions and a strong technical background in Workday configuration, integration, and reporting. As a Principal Engineer - Workday, you will be responsible for leading the development and deployment of the Workday solution at Geico Auto Insurance, ensuring that it meets the needs of our customers.You must be a highly organized and detail-oriented individual, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to drive projects and initiatives to completion. You must also have excellent communication and team management skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Workday development and experience in leading engineering teams.We are seeking an innovative and creative problem solver who is passionate about creating efficient and effective solutions in the Workday space. Responsibilities: Lead the development and deployment of the Workday solution at Geico Auto Insurance. Ensure the Workday solution meets customer needs. Manage and lead a team of engineers in the Workday space. Oversee the development and implementation of Workday configurations, integrations, and reporting. Drive projects and initiatives to completion. Monitor and ensure quality control of the Workday system. Provide technical guidance and support to engineers. Work with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve Workday related issues.
