You will be responsible for expanding the company's book of business by selling various types of insurance policies to new and existing clients. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: •Market for new business and issue new policies. •Answer incoming calls and assist clients with policy questions and changes, including billing and claims questions. •Generate quotes for prospective and current clients. •Analyze data and communicate information to clients in a concise manner. •Perform clerical duties as related to an insurance office. •Obtain in-depth knowledge of the Insurance Industry and multiple carriers Required Skills: •Ability to multi-task and prioritize •Strong customer service skills •Strong attention to detail •Experienced in Microsoft Office (Word, PPT, Excel) AMS360 •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills •Familiar with personal lines rating systems like PL Rater •Strong typing skills Required Experience/Qualifications: •High School Diploma/GED •2+ yrs. experience in property & casualty insurance industry •Independent or captive agency preferred •P &C Licensed required Required education: •High school or equivalent Required experience: •Customer Service: 2 years •insurance industry: 2 years Apply Job!
