Job Overview The Branch Manager will lead and manage branch staff to meet customer service needs and branch objectives. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to drive sales and customer service goals. • Lead and manage branch staff to meet customer service needs and branch objectives. • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and customer service goals. • Collaborate with management to establish growth, sales, and profit objectives. • Ensure compliance with operating policies and procedures. • Conduct regular sales and customer service meetings. • Serve as an active member of the customer service team and be accountable for branch performance. • Monitor and review loans for appropriate risk rating. • Ccoordinate security, facility, and risk measures to minimize loss and ensure a positive presentation of the branch. • Communicate effectively with District Manager, Branch Administration, and other management. • Perform other related duties as assigned or directed. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business or equivalent experience. • Valid Driver License. • 5+ years of related experience, including 1 year in a related lending position. • Proven leadership skills and effective communication abilities. • Thorough knowledge of bank products and services. • Ability to demonstrate core values: a strong work ethic, integrity, respect for others, responsibility, transparency, and humility.
