Job Description

We are looking for a Salesforce Manual Tester to ensure the quality and reliability of Salesforce applications through rigorous functional, regression, and user acceptance testing. The ideal candidate will have experience in Salesforce testing, test case creation, defect tracking, and Agile methodologies. Required Skills • Manual Testing: Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and testing Salesforce objects, validation rules, workflows, reports, dashboards, and APIs. • Tools: Experience using JIRA for user stories and project workflow. • Testing Principles: Strong understanding of smoke, functional, regression, and integration testing principles. • Test Management: Proficient in using QA tools and methodologies, including test management tools and defect tracking systems like ALM. Job Duties • Salesforce Manual Testing: 8+ years of experience in Salesforce Manual Testing, ensuring high-quality Salesforce applications. • Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of Salesforce platform functionalities, configurations, and data models. • Test Case Creation & Execution: Experience writing and executing test cases for Salesforce projects. • Defect Tracking & Reporting: Knowledge and experience with JIRA for tracking user stories and project workflows. • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot complex issues and provide detailed defect reports. • Agile Methodologies: Familiar with Agile or Scrum methodologies, with experience working in Agile development teams. • Salesforce Certifications: Preferably holds Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder). • Attention to Detail: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information clearly to peers.
