Workforce Engagement Intern

About the position We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our team as a Workforce Engagement Intern. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fields of employee engagement, customer benefits, financial wellness and analytics. The intern will do a rotation through various departments to understand the business. Responsibilities • Rotate through the different areas of Workforce Engagement Organization to understand the touchpoints the organization has with Employers and their employee populations. , • Connect with Team Members through the various organization to understand skills for future growth. , • Acquire knowledge of the tools, processes, and methodologies utilized by the team. , • Collaborate on intern led Capstone Project - Report out and provide recommendations on tools, resources, and enhancements to each rotational area to an audience of peers, managers and senior leadership. , • Develop business acumen and enhance collaboration and partnership skills. , • Gain exposure to various products and services within Group Benefits. , • Participate in meetings. , • Learn functions and uses of technology to support the salesforce and business. , • Perform duties supporting organization as assigned or required. Requirements • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field. , • Strong interest in employee engagement, customer benefits, and operations. , • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. , • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. , • A willingness to learn. , • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. , • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. , • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
