Lead QA Engineer ~ 100% Remote in U.S. Our company is a financial technology company powering digital asset exchanges and brokerages worldwide. Through its secure, scalable, and customizable white label digital asset trading platform, we have enabled over 150 customers in 35 countries to launch and operate digital asset markets, as well as digitize assets. We are seeking a talented Lead QA Engineer who will oversee both manual and automation testing operations. This role plays a vital part in delivering high-quality and highly efficient software, web, and mobile applications to customers and users and overseeing the buildout of test plans, as well as reviewing and verifying bug reports. Responsibilities: • Maintain a Test Plan covering functional and automated testing • Lead and mentor the QA team, executing the test plan through functional and automated testing • Track and document defects • Work with technical and product teams to define acceptance criteria for existing and new functionality, and define automated and manual tests as needed • Track and document application performance and efficiency through testing Skills/Qualifications • 5+ Years of Hands-on experience in software QA testing, both manual and automation testing • Work experience in software development and quality assurance • Has exposure to various development and testing tools for .NET • Some knowledge of .NET/C# • Experience with Jira and Confluence • Experience with SQL databases Preferred skills & knowledge: • SpecFlow • Jest or Mocha • Websocket and REST testing. • JMeter, K6, or other load-testing tools and experience.
